A renowned client entered into a joint venture through the aid and advisement of our very own Mr. Abdulrahman Alkhieli, Mr. Ibrahim Almanaa, Partners, and Mr. Rami Abu Alroz, Counsel. The deal pertained to developing commercial real estate measuring 800,000 square meters.

Alkhieli & Associates drafted all the necessary contracts required for the JV, which amounted to SAR 80 million. The deal has gone through successfully.
