Abdullah Alzamil, the Managing Partner at Alkhieli and Associates, possesses over 15 years of corporate, venture, and finance experience. Abdullah advises corporate clients on all aspects of corporate law and doing business in the Saudi Arabia. He primarily focuses on Islamic finance services, wherein he mainly concentrates on corporate finance, project finance and development, financial restructuring, and general local corporate matters. Abdullah also regularly renders legal advice on high volume corporate transactions including domestic mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, restructurings, and equity capital markets. Prior to joining the firm, Abdullah worked in one of the Kingdom’s largest banks, Alinma Bank in the Shariah Group.
