Abdullah Alhussain is a Senior Associate at Alkhieli & Associates. He possesses rich legal experience of over 15 years. Abdullah enjoys diversified experience in various areas of legal practice. He advises clients on corporate transactions, M&A and operational and structuring matters, focusing on all aspects of Saudi commercial laws. In addition, he is a trusted advisor to clients in various industries and sectors on commercial contract drafting, regulatory compliance, joint ventures, franchise, employment, and general commercial matters.

Abdullah is also known for his ability to provide practical and business-oriented solutions to clients. Abdullah advises various Ministries and Government entities along with taking lead role in legislative reform projects across different sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Abdullah was a legal researcher for the Ministry of Justice. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
